The Abu Garcia Revo5 X VoltiQ Low Profile Baitcast Reel combines the proven Revo X platform with Abu Garcia’s innovative VoltiQ Electronic Casting System, delivering advanced casting control, smooth performance and lightweight construction in a compact baitcast reel.
The VoltiQ Electronic Cast Control braking system monitors spool rotation and makes fine adjustments to braking throughout the cast. This technology is designed to maximise casting performance while reducing the potential for backlash, giving anglers greater control across a variety of lure weights and fishing conditions.
Built around an A-Symmetric body design, the Revo5 X VoltiQ provides a compact and ergonomic feel in hand. The C6 carbon frame and side plates create a lightweight yet strong platform, while the 7+1 stainless steel bearing system provides smooth and consistent operation.
Duragear Gen II gearing provides efficient power transfer and improved durability, while the Carbon Matrix Drag System delivers smooth, consistent drag pressure throughout the drag range. A 90mm bowed aluminium handle with oversized co-moulded knobs provides additional grip and control when retrieving lures or fighting fish.
