The AusSpin Codbotherer Magnum Chatterbait is the heavy-duty version of the proven Codbotherer, designed to create a large, aggressive presentation for targeting big Australian native predators. Combining powerful vibration, an erratic swimming action and a substantial 6-inch paddle tail, the Magnum is built to attract attention and trigger strikes from large fish.
At the front of the lure, a gold or stainless-steel blade produces a strong side-to-side wobble throughout the retrieve. This movement creates significant vibration and transfers an erratic action through the entire lure, providing a highly visible and easily detectable presentation in a variety of water conditions.
The vibrating action brings the fitted spinnerbait skirt to life, adding movement and increasing the overall profile of the lure. A 6-inch paddle tail provides additional swimming action and water displacement, creating a substantial presentation designed specifically with larger predatory fish in mind.
To complement the larger profile, the Codbotherer Magnum is equipped with both a main hook and stinger hook, providing additional hook coverage when fish strike the extended paddle tail.
