Built as an advanced 8-strand PE braid, J-Braid Grand is constructed using IZANAS high-grade raw material and an advanced manufacturing process to deliver exceptional strength, smoothness and durability.

J-Braid Grand is Daiwa’s strongest and most abrasion-resistant braid yet, offering up to four times more abrasion resistance than many standard braided lines. Its short-pitch fibre construction significantly reduces line damage and failure, while improving straight-line pulling strength for greater confidence when fighting powerful fish.

The advanced construction also creates a rounder, smoother profile that casts further, tangles less and performs more consistently through the guides. This improved shape enhances overall line management and sensitivity, helping anglers fish more effectively in a wide range of conditions.

Made in Japan, the J-Braid Grand Multi Colour features depth-marked colour changes, making it ideal for offshore, jigging and deep-water applications where precise depth control is essential. Smooth, strong and incredibly durable, it represents the best performing braid in the J-Braid lineup.
