Prospectors Choice Lightweight Sluice Box

The Prospectors Choice Lightweight Sluice Box is a travel-friendly option designed for prospectors wanting efficient gold recovery without the bulk of heavier equipment. Made from durable ABS plastic, it’s lightweight, easy to carry and ideal for river panning, sampling runs and general prospecting adventures.

Built into the channel are four traditional gold-catching riffle styles, including V-shaped, micro, square and Hungarian riffles, helping improve fine gold retention and overall recovery. With a generous 16-inch mouth width and a 30-inch riffle channel, it allows material to flow smoothly while effectively trapping heavier gold.

Weighing approximately 2.3kg, the sluice box remains easy to transport thanks to the included adjustable 122cm three-point carry strap fitted with two carabiners. The channel measures 76cm in length and 25cm in width, with 7.62cm high side walls for improved control while running material.
