Why You'll Love It
The Abu Garcia Veritas V5 Baitcast Rod combines lightweight sensitivity, casting performance and dependable strength in a bold, modern design. Built for anglers who want a responsive rod capable of handling a wide range of lure fishing applications, the Veritas V5 delivers the performance and feel the Veritas range is known for.
At its core is a 30-ton extra high-density graphite blank, providing an excellent balance of strength, sensitivity and casting performance. The lightweight blank helps transmit subtle bites and lure movement through the rod while maintaining the power needed to confidently control fish.
Fuji K-Frame Fazlite guides provide smooth, reliable line management and help reduce line tangles during casting. An ergonomic Abu Garcia custom-designed reel seat creates a comfortable connection between the angler and rod while enhancing sensitivity through the blank.
Available across a range of lengths, actions and line ratings, the Veritas V5 Baitcast range provides options for everything from lighter lure applications through to heavier freshwater fishing.
