Why You'll Love It

The Abu Garcia Versart Casting Rod range brings a refined, Japanese-inspired approach to modern lure fishing, combining lightweight performance, sensitivity and precise control in a clean, minimalist design.

Built around high-performance Nano Carbon blanks, the Versart range delivers a lightweight and responsive feel that helps transmit subtle bites, lure movement and contact through the rod. This increased sensitivity gives anglers greater feedback when working lures and helps maintain a more direct connection to what’s happening beneath the water.

Fuji SiC guides provide smooth line flow and excellent sensitivity, while the lightweight Abu Garcia C6 Carbon reel seat creates a secure and comfortable connection between the reel and blank. High-density EVA grips complete the setup, providing dependable comfort and control during long sessions on the water.

Available across a range of light through to heavy casting models, the Versart series offers options for everything from finesse lure presentations through to heavier applications targeting larger Australian freshwater and estuary species.
