OFFGRID OUTBACK LAMB CURRY

Good old Aussie lamb, you can’t go past it. This little number is a recipe inspired by the mountains of Nepal. Goes down a treat with our Good rice or Saltbush Potatoes, get fancy with some yoghurt. Its the perfect meal for offgrid hiking, camping or even that long 4x4 adventure touring Australia.
